Never share security codes

Gadget Trade support will not need your password or one-time authentication code. Treat unexpected requests for credentials as suspicious.

If you lose access

Use the available sign-in recovery and account support flows. If you believe the account has been compromised, secure your email account first and contact Gadget Trade support.

Profile information

Keep your username, contact information and other profile details accurate. Public profile information should contain only information you are comfortable making available through the marketplace.

Connected sign-in providers

If you use a connected provider such as Google or Facebook, the provider account can be used to authenticate your Gadget Trade account. Use the official provider flow and do not enter provider credentials into messages or unofficial pages.

Security notifications

Gadget Trade may send service messages about verification, account access, orders or other security-related events. Treat unexpected requests for passwords or one-time codes as suspicious.
