Create a listing

1. 1Open Sell from the bottom navigation.
2. 2Choose the relevant category.
3. 3Enter a clear title, brand and model when applicable.
4. 4Write an accurate description and select the correct condition.
5. 5Enter price, currency, negotiability and swap availability.
6. 6Upload clear product images.
7. 7Add location information where requested.
8. 8Submit the listing for marketplace review.

After submission

Listings may be reviewed before publication. Keep your phone, email and profile information current so marketplace communications can reach you.

Delete your listing

1. 1Open Profile and go to your Listings.
2. 2Choose the listing you want to remove.
3. 3Select Delete listing and confirm the action.
4. 4A successfully removed listing should disappear from active marketplace results.

Prepare the product

Make sure the item is in your possession and that you can accurately describe it. Remove personal accounts or private data from a device before transfer where appropriate, but do not remove information needed to prove ownership or condition before a legitimate review.

Write the listing

1. 1Use the exact product name, brand and model.
2. 2State the condition honestly.
3. 3Describe important specifications and included accessories.
4. 4Disclose material defects, repairs or limitations.
5. 5Add clear photographs of the actual item.
6. 6Set a realistic price and keep stock information current.

Communicating with buyers

Answer questions consistently with the published listing. If a buyer identifies an error, correct the listing rather than giving a different description privately. Do not ask buyers to send passwords, authentication codes or payment credentials.

After a sale

Prepare the exact item described, follow the agreed delivery or pickup process and keep the order reference. If the product becomes unavailable, contact the buyer through the marketplace process instead of marking an order as fulfilled when it has not been fulfilled.
