Last updated September 2, 2026 Official Gadget Trade policy

01List what you actually have

Sellers must accurately describe the product offered, including brand, model, condition, storage or relevant specifications, material faults, included accessories and availability. Do not use a misleading title or photo to attract buyers to a different product.

02Clear pricing

Display the actual asking price and disclose material conditions that affect what the buyer will pay. Do not use deceptive pricing, fake discounts or misleading claims about scarcity or demand.

03Professional communication

Respond honestly, avoid harassment or pressure, and do not request passwords, OTPs, PINs or other sensitive credentials. Keep important transaction details in Gadget Trade messages where possible.

04Fulfilment and handoff

Do not mark or represent an order as completed when it has not been fulfilled. Confirm the correct product and agreed condition before handoff and follow the applicable delivery, pickup, return and payment terms.

05Authenticity and ownership

Do not list counterfeit, stolen or unlawfully obtained gadgets. If Gadget Trade reasonably requests information to verify ownership, authenticity or a material listing claim, provide accurate information or cooperate with the review.

06Enforcement

Serious or repeated violations may lead to listing removal, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent account restriction. Enforcement decisions are handled under Gadget Trade’s published Terms, Ban & Suspension Policy and related safety policies.
